I have moved to southern California,to enjoy being able to be outdoors more. Well since the apartment life is the most likely choice for me, I will need to discover the out of doors not in a back yard.

I took a ride after work today, since I am in a temporary housing situation without any outdoor areas at my disposal. Why be here, if you have nowhere outside to enjoy????
I took a few shots of the grounds just by the entry. I have added a link above to provide some information about the history of the place and the grounds. There are citrus orchards here, and many many different types of trees. So peaceful and pretty.

ReplyDeleteThe orange grove is a bit deeper into the area. I was on the border where there are some lemon trees. Daddy said that they are on the other side. I will see them soon. Next month they allow you for one weekend to come and pick a bagful of fruit for 3 bucks!!! you can rent a picker device for a dollar. I hope to be able to make it!
