A New Temporary Home....So Excited!!!

.I moved into a cottage in Woodland Hills..... for the next five weeks!

I was being nostalgic for my co-workers, who sent me off in style, with this magazine and the refresher cup. I have it  filled with mint iced tea. MENTA!!!! That me!      A special friend gave me that Jiminy Cricket...See!!! I keep him with me to remind me of you always! <3 SAMMY SUE!!!!

I placed the cup in the cupholder in the Jeep so I could have it in California... before my stuff gets shipped.
I also had the Cool Penguin towel draped over the back seat!
Dirty Jerzey plates!!! REPRESENT!!! I stick out on the road... like a sore thumb!

Cottage entrance!

The pool area ...(as if you couldn't figure that out)

In between the cottage and the main house, there is a pub with tables and chairs... and a billiards table, too!
I think this is the hen house in the distance.
A smoker and the steps to the back
of the cottage that I am staying in... :)

A view of two houses across the way.... and a rose in the foreground.

A tree house that is built within a tree that is rather large!  Look at the size of that trunk! It must be old...at least twice as old as me, that makes it about 58 I guess. HEE HEE HEE!!!

Some flowers in the front patio.

The front area patio with a grill behind this angle.

There is a leaf like, flowering vine that is above the entry.

Below are some pictures of the vegetation from across the way.. So Pretty!

Topochico, sounds a bit like that little mouse from the Ed Sullivan show,  Said my father anyway.   I wouldn't know, that's before my time. I  do remember the little mouse stories though.... so right!

  1. So happy to see Jiminy enjoying the California lifestyle. It looks like vacation land. What are you going to put in that smoker? Some ribs would be tasty...

  2. Super cool, Toni! LOVE reading about your adventures! This place looks awesome. The two places you have shared (Jenni's pad and this) are so out-of-the oridnary from where my friend Melissa (who you know/ have met) lived when she in LA. I think her last "hood" was "Silver Lake" where they filmed "The Kids are All Right" (or some title like that) - with Annette Benning and Juliana Moore.

Anyway - this place looks SUPER relaxing and glad you have a pool. You know young Ava would love to do the Sea Monkey in there!

Ok - my comment is turning into a paperback - sorry! (you know me)!
